Vermont Bride Gala at The Barn at Boyden Farm

We are so happy to be a part of the 2nd Annual Vermont Bride Gala at The Barn at Boyden Farm in Cambridge, VT on October 9th.

When I heard that the theme of the Gala this year would be ‘Alice in Wonderland’ I was so excited about using fun colors and whimsical patterns as well as mixing vintage elements with a very bright and fun design aesthetic.  Not to mention, the Barn is a gorgeous venue for Vermont Weddings.

WT&E will be presenting three display tables at the Gala so be sure to stop in and say ‘hello’ to Jenna. Tickets for the event are being sold in advance online at Vermont Bride Magazine. See you there!

Event Rentals: What to Expect

Many brides envision themselves celebrating their big day in the middle of a field in the most beautiful place imaginable…totally doable? Yes! Easy and straightforward? Not necessarily. Interested in finding out what might be involved, how to prepare and what to expect? Read on…

Expect that you will need to create a full kitchen for the caterer: Unless the site where you envision your wedding day happens to have a kitchen, you will need to coordinate your rentals with your caterer to make sure they will have what they need to provide your scrumptious wedding meal. No worries, we have everything a caterer would need and we do it all the time.

Schedule a site visit with us to survey the ‘lay of the land’: We offer a complimentary site visit for each and every bride so that we can survey the site to determine if it will require flooring, the dimensions, and to suggest exactly where the tent should be placed.

Determine if we need to come with extra voltage: Although your chosen site might be gorgeous, it might not necessarily come with electricity. Luckily, we provide ‘super quiet generators’ to supply you with needed electricity.

Expect to be taken care of: We are dedicated to making this overwhelming experience a calm and stress-free (or as stress-free as possible!) one. We also have lots of experience with providing a wedding setting in a remote location so really, it’s a cinch for us.
